Ultrasound has seen development not only as a diagnostic imaging modality but also as a therapeutic modality in which energy is deposited in tissue to induce various biological effects. Electrotherapy uses electrical currents to target specific areas on the body to reduce pain, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, re-educate/ stimulate damages or inhibited muscles,, promote tissue repair, reduce acute or chronic edema.
Commonly used to relieve pain, the waveforms produced by the TheraTouch CX4 also improves joint range of motion, motor control, circulation, and muscle strength. COVID-19 MEASURES
Hi there, as of August 1 masks will be required indoors in public. Please wear a mask to enter the building. We no longer are locking the clinic entrance door so patients can wait inside the clinic, but please don't enter well before your appointment time as we are trying to eliminate/ minimize patient interaction. We also have chairs outside the clinic for this purpose. We have "Sanitization stations" outside and inside the clinic as well. We have added 15-30 minute gaps between appointments to allow for sanitization and eliminate interaction. Please clean your hands before entering clinic. Thanks!
Acupuncture(Andrew) is up and running. He works Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: check online for availability.
